We’re always excited to welcome independent hairstylists into our co-working space. At Annie’s, we foster a collaborative environment where every stylist’s skills are valued, and achievements are celebrated. Our flexible chair rental model gives you complete control over your schedule, so you can focus on your craft and grow your business—without the constraints of a traditional salon setup.

Rental Plans

We’re excited to introduce our updated rental options designed to give you flexibility and value while working in our fully equipped salon space.

  • £75 per day - Book as and when you need (subject to availability). The same rate applies for single-day use.

  • £70 per day

  • £65 per day

  • £60 per day

The space comes fully equipped with a styling chair and mirror section, stools, wash basins, trolleys, gowns and protective capes, as well as hairdryers, straighteners, disposable towels, a ring light, and a full range of styling products. Back-bar shampoo and conditioner are also provided to support a complete service experience.

Additional facilities include access to a kitchen with non-alcoholic refreshments, a dedicated admin space, fast WiFi, and a Spotify music license.

You’ll also find a colour-mixing area, a stock cabinet (not available for day use), training opportunities, and social media promotion. The space is fully air-conditioned and heated, with cleaning products supplied to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
